We work with buyers, tenants, and property owners in English, Russian, and Arabic, and every listing published on this site goes through the same review before it goes live.

Do I need to visit the UAE to buy or view a property?

No. We arrange video viewings and can handle reservation and paperwork remotely; an in-person visit is only needed where the developer or the authorities require it.

Do you charge buyers a commission?

Any fee we charge is agreed with you in writing before we start work. It is not fixed here because it depends on the transaction.

Can you help with a UAE residency visa or a mortgage?

Yes, through our mortgage and visa support services. Approval and terms are set by the bank or the relevant UAE authority, not by us, see the Services page for details.

How do you use the information I submit in a form?

Only to respond to your enquiry, as described in the Privacy policy.

Are the prices shown on the site final?

Prices are shown in AED with the date of the exchange rate used for any converted currency, see the Disclaimer for how price and yield figures are used.
