- What is the difference between freehold and leasehold in the UAE?
- Freehold and leasehold are two different legal ownership statuses in the UAE, not just marketing terms. Knowing which one applies to a project matters before you look at a specific listing. Read the full article
- What costs come on top of the property price?

- Are all the listings and projects on this site real?
- Where the catalogue is not filled in yet, we show clearly marked demo records instead of passing them off as real, and we keep them out of search results.
- How does the currency switcher work?
- Prices are shown in AED by default; switching currency recalculates the display using a rate published with its date, refreshed roughly every 12 hours. The US dollar always uses the UAE's fixed exchange peg rather than a fluctuating market rate.
- What are the catalogue segments (new projects, ready, resale, rent, and so on)?
- The catalogue is split into segments, such as new projects, ready homes, resale, rent, commercial, villas and apartments, each a dedicated filtered view of the listings that match it. Open any segment from the menu or footer to browse just that slice.
- How do favourites and comparison work?
- Save any listing or project to your favourites or add it to comparison; both lists live in your browser only, not on our server, and stay private, which is why those pages aren't indexed by search engines.
