Scope
This policy covers the personal data Republic Premium Properties collects through republic.ae: consultation and valuation requests, the quiz, and, once site analytics is switched on, aggregate technical data about visits.
What we collect
Data you submit yourself: name, phone number or messenger, email, the text of your message and your quiz answers. Automatically, once analytics tools are enabled: pages viewed, device and browser type, and an approximate location from your IP address, never your name.
Why we process it
To respond to the enquiry you sent, prepare a shortlist or a valuation, and get back to you on the channel you chose. Aggregate technical data is used to see which pages and property types are useful, not to identify one visitor.
Legal basis
Your consent, given each time you submit a form and confirmed by the checkbox described in the data processing consent document.
Who else sees it
The Republic Premium Properties team, and the service providers that run the site on our instruction: hosting, email delivery, and Telegram for internal notification of a new enquiry. They do not use your data for their own purposes, and we do not sell it to anyone.
How long we keep it
For as long as needed to handle your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterward for our own records, then it is deleted or made anonymous.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent at any time, by writing to info@republic.ae. We reply from the same address.
Legal entity name, trade licence number and registered address are not published yet: the owner has not provided them. They will be added here once verified, and the site does not claim them in the meantime.
