What we do

Services

Six services that cover a property deal in the UAE end to end. Each one lists what's included, how it runs, and what we need from you to start.

Property search

What's included: A shortlist matched to your budget, purpose and preferred area, drawn from the current catalogue and, where relevant, from developers directly.

How it runs: A short call to confirm your criteria, a shortlist within an agreed timeframe, then viewings in person or over video, with a comparison of the options you shortlist.

What we need from you: Your budget range, purpose (living, investment or resale), preferred area or flexibility on location, and a valid ID for viewings.

Deal support

What's included: Reservation of the unit, review of the sale and purchase agreement, coordination with the developer or seller, and tracking of the payment schedule through to handover.

How it runs: Reservation form, contract review, payment milestones tracked against the schedule, coordination at handover.

What we need from you: Copies of your passport and Emirates ID or visa, proof of funds if the seller requires it, and a signed authorisation for us to liaise with the developer or seller on your behalf.

Mortgage support

What's included: A comparison of current bank offers, help preparing the application and document package, and liaison with the bank until the loan is disbursed.

How it runs: An eligibility check, document collection, submission to the banks you choose, pre-approval, then final approval once it's tied to the property.

What we need from you: Income and bank statements, passport and visa copy, and, if a bank asks for it, a credit history from your country of residence. Approval terms and rates are set by the bank, not by us.

Rental management

What's included: Listing the unit, screening tenants, registering the Ejari contract, collecting rent, and coordinating maintenance.

How it runs: An inspection of the unit, a pricing recommendation, advertising, tenant selection, the Ejari contract, then ongoing management.

What we need from you: A copy of the title deed, a signed management agreement or power of attorney, and access to the unit for photography and viewings.

Residency visa guidance

What's included: Guidance on the property based residency visa route linked to your purchase, a document checklist, and coordination with the relevant government channel.

How it runs: Confirmation of the completed purchase, an eligibility check against the rules in force at the time, submission of documents through the relevant channel, then status tracking.

What we need from you: Your passport, proof of the completed purchase, and passport size photos. Eligibility rules, fees and processing times are set by UAE authorities and confirmed at the time of application, not guaranteed by us.

Legal check

What's included: Verification of the title or project registration, a check for encumbrances, and a review of the sale and purchase agreement and payment plan terms.

How it runs: We request the relevant documents, verify them with the registry or the developer, and send you a written summary of what we found before you sign anything.

What we need from you: The draft contract or reservation form, the property or project reference, and your deadline if you're working to one.

On-site market viewing

What's included: A private trip across districts, construction sites and sales offices: a developers day in Dubai or Abu Dhabi, half a day across districts without sales offices, or a comparison of both emirates in one day. A broker licensed and experienced in UAE real estate travels with you.

How it runs: You pick the format and tell us what you want to see. The trip is arranged by gett.tours, our tour operator: car with driver, route and timing. Sales office visits are confirmed in advance against your shortlist, because they need booking.

What we need from you: The city, a budget range, the purpose of the purchase and the dates you are in the UAE. The trip is quoted for the whole day rather than per person, and the figure comes once the route is clear.
