DHG Properties has begun handing over Helvetia Residences in Jumeirah Village Circle, the company's first completed development in Dubai. According to Gulf News (8 October 2026), the building was delivered within about two years of construction, and every home in it had already been sold before completion.
The 25-storey building holds 430 homes, ranging from studios to one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, with a combined built-up area of more than 73,000 square metres, Gulf News reported on 8 October 2026. According to Gulf News (8 October 2026), the project carries a stated value of about $200 million, roughly Dh734.5 million.
Shared facilities include a resort-style swimming pool, landscaped areas, a children's play area, a fitness centre, a jogging track and a rooftop padel court, along with smart-home technology inside the apartments. The developer's founder and chairman, Blagoje Antic, described reaching handover as a milestone for the company.
For off-plan buyers, a completed handover matters more than marketing. Delivering a first project in roughly two years, with the building fully sold before completion, gives a newer developer a track record that future buyers can check. It also shifts the apartments from a construction promise to a finished asset that can be inspected, mortgaged, rented or resold.
Helvetia Residences sits in Jumeirah Village Circle, one of Dubai's established mid-market communities. The developer plans to follow it with two further projects already under construction, Helvetia Verde in Meydan Horizon and Helvetia Marine on Dubai Islands. Buyers weighing those launches can treat this first on-time delivery as one data point, alongside escrow arrangements and registered DLD records, when judging whether a developer delivers what it sells. For context, Gulf News noted that Dubai completed 104 projects with 24,537 units in the first half of 2026.
