Al Furjan is a residential district developed by Nakheel in Dubai's Jebel Ali area, between Discovery Gardens and Jebel Ali Village, covering about 560 hectares. It combines four-bedroom villas and three-bedroom townhouses with apartment buildings around a shared community hub, the Al Furjan Pavilions. The district has its own Dubai Metro station, Al Furjan, on the Red Line's Route 2020 extension, opened in January 2021 on the boundary with Discovery Gardens, and sits near the interchange of Sheikh Zayed Road and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, within a short drive of Ibn Battuta Mall, Dubai Marina and Palm Jumeirah.

Nakheel's own published travel times put the district 3 minutes from its metro station, 10 minutes from Ibn Battuta Mall, 15 minutes from Dubai Marina, 18 minutes from Palm Jumeirah, 24 minutes from Al Maktoum International Airport and 28 minutes from Downtown Dubai.
The Arbor School operates directly inside Al Furjan: an international, ecological British school (Foundation Stage 1 to Year 13) on a 7.5-acre campus built around six biodomes, opened in September 2018 and named World's Best School for Environmental Action 2025. Several nurseries serve the community, including Kids Kingdom Learning Centre, Jebel Ali Village Nursery, Chubby Cheeks Nursery and Redwood Montessori Nursery, while other schools such as Arcadia Global School and Jebel Ali School are located just outside the district.
A Fakeeh Medicentres clinic operates inside the Al Furjan Pavilions, open seven days a week (8:00 to 20:00), offering family medicine, paediatrics, physiotherapy, laboratory services and dentistry/orthodontics.
Al Furjan is a freehold area, open to foreign buyers under the same national framework as Dubai's other freehold areas (Law No. 7 of 2006 and Regulation No. 3 of 2006): a buyer of any nationality can hold full title to the unit and register it with the Dubai Land Department. Dubai Land Department registration fees and other transaction costs are the same citywide, see our buyer costs guide for the current breakdown. Service charge is set per building or community by its owners' association and varies across the district, not published in aggregate here.
