Properties are split by deal type and by property type. Off-plan, ready, resale and rental units carry a different payment logic and a different set of buyer rights, so these are separate sections of the catalogue, not just a filter.
Each area below has its own page with listings and a price, if we have a dated source for it, without a source no figure is published. The list is grouped by emirate, and you can sort the listings above by budget, lowest price first or highest price first, directly in the catalogue.
An off-plan unit carries risk on the developer's side, the property exists on paper for now, the buyer's money usually moves through an escrow account, and the entry price at launch is typically lower than a comparable ready unit. A ready unit carries no handover risk: the layout and the view can be seen in advance, and you can move in or start renting it out as soon as the paperwork is done, but the entry price is usually higher. The exact payment schedule and handover date are set per project and published on its own official page, there is no single schedule across the market.
The price on a listing is not the full cost of the deal. The extra cost categories at purchase, registration, financing, ongoing ownership, are covered in the buyer costs guide. To estimate the amount with your own numbers, use the calculators section.
Most off-plan projects come with a developer payment plan: part of the price at booking, part staged through construction, and the remainder at or after handover. The exact percentages and schedule are set by each developer per project and published on that project's official page. To estimate a monthly payment with your own numbers, use the calculators section.
